We conduct a review of your organization’s profile, business activities, size, and workforce to plan the certification process in line with the scope and requirements of the BPTW scheme.
Gap Analysis
An experienced BPTW auditor works with your organization to review existing people practices, identify any gaps or non-conformities, and highlight areas for alignment. A summary report can be provided to support your internal readiness.
Awareness and Guidance
Your team is provided access to BPTW awareness webinars, general guidance, and information to help prepare for the audit phase. You may choose to implement improvements internally or engage external consultants as needed. BPTW maintains strict impartiality and does not offer direct implementation consultancy.
Certification Audit
